Faith & Fitness bootcamp
The ALL IN Faith & Fitness Bootcamp is a 4 week online intensive bootcamp that dives into nutrition, fitness, and faith!
During the bootcamp you will receive a custom nutrition plan based on your goals along with a workout program and knowledge resources.
Throughout the 4 weeks there will be challenges to help you integrate healthy habits alongside a community of Christian women.

Hi! My name is Coach Autumn and I’m so happy you’re here!
I am the CEO and founder of ALL IN Coaching and I created it with the vision of helping Christian women steward their bodies through nutrition and exercise in a way that glorifies God!
I am currently located out of Miami and live here with my amazing hubby and two husky pups! You can typically find me: reading a book, drinking an iced coffee, blasting country music, lifting, or singing in the praise band at church.
When it comes to health and fitness, believe me, I have tried it all! (I like to say I made all the mistakes so you don’t have to!) I have done weightlifting, CrossFit, BJJ, half marathon, Spartan races, and am currently powerlifting for the USAPL.

ALL IN is not a cookie cutter, one-size-fits-all coaching program. We will work very intimately together to achieve your specific goals through custom workouts, custom nutrition and weekly check ins.
That being said pricing ultimately depends on the time commitment you're looking for.
Investment costs range from $200-300/ month.

1:1 coaching is definitely an investment, and while it is well worth it, I also recognize it may not be realistic for everyone in the moment.
If you're still wanting to get guidance for your goals, keep your eyes open for our Faith + Fitness Bootcamps that run for 4 weeks every quarter! They're a much more affordable option that gives you the tools and helps you build healthy habits to achieve your goals on your own!
Additionally every friday the ALL IN podcast does an Informative Friday episode that can help you gain knowledge on nutrition and exercise.

The duration of the program is dependent upon the individual. Obviously some goals take longer than others which is why ALL IN offers a 6, 8 and 10 month commitment.
The ultimate goal is long term sustainable health and that takes time which is why the minimum time offered is 6 months!

While it will be helpful to have access to a gym for future growth, it is in no way required.
This is a custom workout program so your coach will create a workout based on the equipment you have available.
Highly suggest investing in some dumbbells though!
